HHS certified laboratory analysis and Medical Review Officer Services for drug testing - as required by the Department of Transportation Annual lab summaries showing testing activity; including random drug testing, post-accident, pre-employment, return-to-duty and follow-up testing. Department of Transportation required educational material for each driver entered in consortium. Employee assistance program referral when needed. Use of Reasonable Suspicion Traning and Hazmat Security Training Material. | The regulation regarding drug testing is found in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations under 49 CFR Part 40 and 382. Each person that has a commercial drivers license must be in a random drug and alcohol testing pool. DOTCOM Plus has maintained a pool of drivers for over 10 years and we have provided Certified Screening Technicians for on-site testing for approximately 9 years. |
