The regulation regarding drug testing is found in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations under 49 CFR Part 40 and 382.  Each person that has a commercial drivers license must be in a random drug and alcohol testing pool.  DOTCOM Plus has maintained a pool of drivers for over 10 years and we have provided Certified Screening Technicians for on-site testing for approximately 9 years.
